Market Rate/Mixed Use Management

EPMI – Conventional Market Rate/ Mixed Use Property Management– A lifestyle our residents deserve at a price they can afford – All under one roof!

EPMI manages a number of mixed use and market rate communities. Market Rate communities are communities with rents which are competitive among other conventional communities. Rents may increase or decrease solely upon activity in the rental market. Mixed Rate communities are market rate communities, which also include subsidized units. The Market Rate unit’s rents are determined by the rental market while the subsidized units’ rent is determined by the subsidy program involved. Please contact the community management office for information on rental rates and affordable housing income limits.
