EPMI was formed in 1984 to oversee a diverse spectrum of properties, which includes urban and suburban properties and ranges from high-density, mixed-use rental rentals to garden-style apartments with family focused amenities, market rate rentals and senior oriented communities.

Today, EPMI is a dynamic full service property management firm, managing throughout California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.  We are experts in the management of low-income, affordable and subsidized housing with certified managers for all types of government assisted housing, and are intimately familiar with complex reporting and compliance requirements.

Whether EPMI is helping an individual or family overcome homelessness and become self-sustaining or living green to promote environmental sustainability, EPMI recognizes the environment as a responsibility that we all must share.
