EPMI was formed in 1984, and was most recently acquired by Bayside Communities in April, 2011. We manage 58 communities, totaling more than 7,000 units in California, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington. From high density, mixed-use rentals and garden style apartments with family focused amenities, to market-rate rentals and senior-oriented communities, we are diverse in our spectrum of urban and suburban properties.
